Three attitudes that help you live better



First, the laughter is a natural antidote. There are experts who say even a good laugh prolongs life. You free yourself and even sleep better after a day in which you felt much happiness. Laughter is so therapeutic that at present, be given even laughter therapy courses that aim to help you live better.
Of course, laughter connects you with others, is, in general, occurs in the context of a group although there are moments when you can have fun for a story through the memories and inner dialogue. What other attitude helps you live better? Being in touch with others, make friends, immerse yourself in an environment, you can enjoy the feeling of belonging. By contrast, isolation and lack of confidence produce sadness and suffering.
Having important people around us feel stronger against adversity and also against the disease. Finally, there is another attitude that will help you be happier in your daily life and have more well: talk, share your feelings, expresses what is it, do not save it all for you. Hide or conceal emotions, sooner or later, causes pain and injury. Therefore, it is therefore important to laugh more, have more friends and also share the universe emotionally to live more authentic sense of the here and now. Otherwise, time passes really enjoy it.
