Simple Tips to Manage Stress

We live in a time where no time at all. It's overwhelming how much work must be done and the little time we have to do. Schedules, traffic, children, bills, study, employees, boss, etc.. In fact almost all the activities that we do every day can cause stress. But as it is not affecting us all equal. That's thanks to the way we handle situations that might cause us stress and fatigue.

Just as there are people who are overwhelmed too there are others that are more relaxed life in similar circumstances. These are some of the things we can do to manage stress:
Start the day by getting up early: It may seem strange that "sleep less" help you manage stress. The truth is that if it helps. If you start your day early you will have a little more time for the day's activities. Tomaras your breakfast, you have time to get ready and do not be in a hurry to leave. Not that sleep less, if you can sleep at least 5 hours will be rested enough to get it to work.

Organize your activities on urgent and important extras:   There are things we should do some of the work and stress can provoke much not being able to perform them all, most of the time this happens because of the lack of organization. An effective method I learned is to organize the extra things to do on urgent and important. Things urgent , urgent as the name says, are those things you should do as soon as possible, as paying a utility bill that has expired or those things you must do or must do. The important things may not be very urgent, so you can schedule them at your convenience or possible but should not delay too long because they are important. An example is a dinner with your partner, not something that is urgent but important to keep the relationship alive.

Do one thing at a time: in many cases we have so much to do and want to do everything that we do nothing. It's like that famous saying: He who all trades. Seems twister but more than once happened to me. Personally I am overwhelmed to know that I do too many things and it seems that I have no time to do them all. So then organize them into urgent and important going out of each one at a time. If you do that you will not be thinking of delays by the other thing to do.

Breathe deeply: When I feel I'm about to explode deep breath, I feel that helps clear the mind, relax the muscles and achieve better think and analyze.

Focus on the solution: I have talked about it, and I insist that you put it into practice and you could help focus on problem solving rather than drown in the problem. It is certainly the best way to reduce stress.
These are just some tips of things we can do to manage stress that cause us the everyday things, you could also read a book, listen to some music, take a walk, talk to someone, etc.. You can do anything you know you relax.
