Benefits of Eating Fruits



The fruits are delicious foods that you offer multiple health benefits, requiring a minimum amount of energy to be digested and is the only food that makes your brain work.
The fruit is composed mostly of water, minerals and fructose, which helps to clear and release toxins from the body and nourish our bodies.
Fruits should be eaten fasting or preferably on an empty stomach, as these are digested in the small intestine and is where they release their sugars.
The eating fruit is so beneficial that can protect us from heart problems, as fruits contain bioflavonoids , which prevent the blood to thicken and clog the arteries and also gives strength to blood vessels.
They also help us when you want to lose weight. We provide energy. Strengthen the digestive system because many of them contain fiber and water. Some decrease the high levels of cholesterol and regulate blood pressure.
Not only eating fruits is very beneficial but it is even more beneficial if you drink your juice, but not those that come in cans or bottled, if not obtained from the extraction of pure fruit, by means of an exhaust homemade juices or other methods.
The fruits contain many vitamins, which are organic substances found in foods and are essential in small quantities.
Some fruits such as kiwi fruit contains vitamin C which is good to relieve colds, boost iron intake is a good regulator of cholesterol and vitamin E works as an antioxidant.
Oranges and tangerines provide vitamins A and C and their daily intake helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system.
The lemon is a citrus fruit that stimulates the body's defenses, preventing varicose veins, hemorrhoids and everything related to symptoms of poor blood circulation.
So you know, if you want to prevent disease and have a healthier life, eat fruit every day will help you do it.
