Small changes, big results

The American Psychological Association has published a summary of various studies showing that small changes in our lifestyle can bring major results in our way of understanding life.
Roger Walsh, professor of psychiatry, philosophy and anthropology at the University of California, Irvine, analyzed various studies on the theme the impact of lifestyle on the quality of mental health.
It appears from these studies that physical exercises, nutrition, relationships, recreation, relaxation, time spent in nature and helping others are important elements of the psychological balance. In contrast, spend much time watching television or a computer screen, do not leave home and live socially isolated may be detrimental to mental health.

From there, Walsh introduces the concept of “therapeutic change in lifestyle "which he considers as effective as drugs, while being inexpensive and with much fewer side effects. Furthermore, these changes in lifestyle are often pleasant.

Positive Thinking

Since you do not stop to think about constantly, you must understand that the law of attraction is also continuous. Many of our thoughts go unnoticed, without our awareness, and we do not even know if they convey a positive or negative energy. Therefore, it is unclear what they actually create for us.

According to the law of attraction, if you want something with great enthusiasm and that you firmly believe that you deserve and it's obvious that you have, and then for sure you will get it. But otherwise, if you carry negative thoughts about your desire, you will get nothing, but in addition, you may attract unpleasant events.

If you use your time thinking about things you do not want or if you let the fear you live and if you also think that nothing good can happen to you, so are certain that your life will never be happy. You can never avoid the unseemly events only because you hope that this does not happen.

The unconscious does not distinguish between positive and negative. Your mind, no consciousness, does not understand the meaning of "I do not want" and you spread the universe that you do not want and not what you want. No longer express what you do not want, but what you really want!

To really make your wishes with the law of attraction, you must account for what you want. You must be able to concentrate fully on the object of your desire.

You focus on what you want is not the same thing to focus on what you do not want. Do you have thoughts or beliefs that are contrary to what you want? If you really want something, but you feel you do not deserve it, those thoughts will turn to negative energy and the universe will assure title in the sense that you have ordered.

Aware of how your mind works and the energy they release is used to force your focus on positive thoughts and thus produce positive energy
Positive thinking should be a concern of every day. Eventually it will become automatic and you will not have to worry about.

Positive thinking will be part of your career success

How the fashion of T-shirts evolved

A t-shirt is a button less and collarless style of a shirt. Usually referred to as a ‘tee’ this piece of clothing comes with a round neckline and is most often short sleeved.

Originally, t-shirts were often worn as undershirts. Now, however, t-shirts are the only clothing worn on the upper part of the body, besides of course any undergarments required for ladies. Furthermore, t-shirts have become a mode of self-expression and advertising/promoting products and companies.

T-shirt fashion included many styles for men and women. A t-shirt usually extends up to the waist, but other styles such as tank tops, muscle shirts and v-neck shirts have been developed. Hip hop fashion has also invented a ‘tall T’ that extends up to the knees. In addition, T-shirts with and without buttons also came into being as a convenient clothing to suit both hot and warm climates. Baggy tee’s and fitting tee’s were another fashion that many preferred. Furthermore, ‘layering’ is a style in which a short sleeved tee is worn on top of a long sleeved tee in a contrasting color.
